In 2010, only 14% of bond grants were issued to women; this has now risen to 41%. Currently, women make up 40% of all bond applications. Increasing Buying Power

Women’s buying power in the property market continues to grow. They account for 45% of all property registrations, with a notable rise in first-time homebuyers. In 2018, nearly 39% of first-time buyers were women, surpassing their male counterparts. This trend reflects the growing inclination of women to take charge of their financial futures and make key property purchase decisions, even in joint purchases with partners.
