terms of seller mandates, buyers, tenants, landlords, and new recruits, we’ve also shaken up
the market like no other real estate company in South Africa.
Throwing It Back To Our Launch
We recall the moment where we introduced ZA Prop to South Africa in October 2021 – a
moment that was nothing short of spectacular! With our modern practices, we’ve managed
to bring in something new, something unique, and something that you can connect to.
The launch was a true reflection of what has proven to be a successful journey that our
founders, Mark and Margaret, had envisioned.

Mandela Day 2022 was a highlight in its own way as we made the better choice by giving back to the community. We brought new, bright, vibrant colours to the run-down Boet Human Park in Beyers Park. ZA Prop is a resident of Boksburg, which is why it was even more important for us to play our part in making the community that we call home a clean and beautiful space that promotes wellness. But it doesn’t end there. We plan on making the same impact in all the communities that we exist in and beyond!
Taking on Mandela Day was a definite favourite for our property practitioners. We’re a rainbow company who stands together to promote happy and healthy communities, and our Mandela day mirrored this.
ZA Prop – One Big Family

Our My Family campaign has been an exceptional highlight from day one! It’s been
welcomed by the public as something unique that everyone can relate to and is a true
reflection of ZA Prop’s personality – fun, creative, innovative, and serious about our
business. It’s an amazing way to tell the story of why we exist and an even better way to
advertise the array of services that South Africans can reach out to us for.
As a brand that is in constant metamorphosis to see ways and means to make the property
practitioner’s experience and journey a better one and to maximise their earning
capabilities, our property practitioners are the heart of our existence.
What we have accomplished in 12 months, some companies can’t achieve in 10 years. Since
the start of our journey, we’ve recruited 1 agent every three days, adding to 110 agents
present. Since our opening we’ve sold 1027 properties – an average of three sales per day.
We have turned ZA Prop – an unknown brand – to a brand that almost everyone we meet
has heard of or seen. A brand that is widely loved by property practitioners, clients, and
communities.
